We had the pleasure of catering for a leading global aerospace company at the Classic Remise Berlin. The theme of the evening was James Bond and our service matched it perfectly, with a touch of gold and black as well as bow ties and braces. Of course, a martini was served as an aperitif.
The Camonsite agency set the scene perfectly in the Classic Remise – to emphasise the atmosphere, they played the film music from the iconic Bond films and showed the legendary Bond opening credits on a screen. But of course, catering from the farm to the city took centre stage for us. We served our culinary creations, which not only tasted delicious, but were also perfectly harmonised with the event.
One of our recurring highlights was our 18-hour braised beef shoulder with salsify and baby potatoes, which is famous throughout Berlin. We also served Brandenburg goat cheese „Bienenstich“ with watercress and regional beef tartare from Pretschen as starters. For the sweet finish, we served Kombucha elderberry tartlets, caramel ice cream and pumpkin seeds from Beelitz.
