We spent a whole week at the Radialsystem Berlin catering for our guests. Various conferences such as PromCon EU 2023 and other events took place in this wonderful event location right on the banks of the Spree. In total, we prepared more than a thousand portions at all times of the day throughout the week.
In October, our chefs were able to offer seasonal dishes with autumnal and heart-warming flavours. The menu included our colourful starter buffet, strips of duck breast with pumpkin ragout and mushroom ragout with ribbon noodles as main courses and apple cinnamon crumble and chocolate cake as desserts.
