On Friday 12 January, we catered an evening event at the German Museum of Technology in Berlin, where we treated 200 guests to a menu of local and seasonal ingredients.
The guests were able to soak up the atmosphere of this museum and discover the entire history of German technology. From historic steam engines to modern innovations, the museum offers an insight into the many facets of German engineering.
As the highlight of the evening, the guests experienced the culinary world of our chefs and enjoyed a varied and high-quality menu. Among other things, we served matjestratlettes with port wine onions and cress, a sashimi variation with fillets of salmon, mackerel and brown trout, accompanied by pickled vegetables, horseradish and wakame salad. An apple tartelette with salted caramel rounded off the culinary offering on a sweet note.
