The new era of Hoflieferanten Berlin Catering – Sustainable, delicious, vegetarian!
Our chefs have always been innovative – but now we’re taking it a step further: from now on, our catering will be predominantly vegetarian. With this progressive approach, we are setting new standards in event gastronomy and offering you a top-level culinary experience that will delight and impress.

Our cuisine​
The focus is on vegetarian and plant-based cuisine and reflects the colorful diversity of nature on your plates, using natural, sustainable products from primarily regional, preferably local producers and suppliers.​

Our honesty​
When it comes to fruit and vegetables, it is not possible for us to offer a completely regional range. Seasonality, regionality and a complete menu make a colorful mix of regions and countries necessary.​
If meat, then selected products from our long-standing partners who guarantee a conscious decision on animal welfare and environmental protection. 100% sourced from Germany.​
If fish, then from sustainable, regional aquaculture and in close cooperation with our regional producers to protect the animals and the water. 100% sourced from German rivers and lakes. ​80% of our dairy products come from Germany and 100% from Europe.​
