Catering project management: where everything comes together
A successful event isn’t down to good catering alone. It comes about where planning, communication and execution mesh seamlessly. This is exactly where Julia Mayer, as a project manager at Hoflieferanten Berlin, comes into her own: she ensures that the many individual elements come together to form a cohesive whole.
We deliberately don’t do everything ourselves: coordinating service providers, aligning timings, keeping an eye on budgets and, at the same time, reacting flexibly to changes: behind every event lies a finely tuned interplay between numerous stakeholders.
Our project managers, like Julia, hold everything together, centralise coordination and ensure that decisions can be made quickly and clearly. Instead of many individual points of contact, there is a central project management team that takes charge and assumes responsibility.
To achieve this, we rely on well-established, reliable partners for furniture, tableware and venues, such as the Rent.Group, Cafe Moskau or Cinnamon for hostesses.
This means fewer points of contact, less coordination effort and a setup that simply works. Greater efficiency and thus cost savings, whilst ensuring the greatest possible – and above all sustainable – event success.
This keeps the focus where it belongs – on the experience, not on the organisation behind the scenes – and allows the event to be delivered sustainably and efficiently.
